We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a public sector estate in East Sussex. This role involves conducting fabric condition surveys across a diverse portfolio of operational properties (Blue Light)
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out detailed fabric condition surveys across multiple sites
Identify and record defects, maintenance issues, and lifecycle requirements
Prepare clear, concise reports with photographic evidence and recommendations
Liaise with client stakeholders and contribute to the overall asset strategyRequirements:
Proven experience in conducting fabric condition surveys
Background in public sector or blue-light estates desirable
Strong report writing and communication skills
Own transport essential due to multiple site locations
Available for immediate startThis is a 3-month contract, offered outside IR35, with a competitive daily rate of £325–£375 depending on experienceBefore You Apply
