Job Description
Looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to work in some of the region’s top kitchens? We're searching for experienced Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Chef de Parties to take on exciting freelance opportunities in and around Loughborough.
Where You’ll Be Working: Enjoy a wide range of placements in settings such as: • NHS hospitals & private medical centres • Schools, colleges & university kitchens • MOD sites & armed forces catering • Care homes & supported living communities • Local restaurants, hotels & gastro pubs • Holiday parks, leisure centres & visitor attractions • Corporate events, private functions & pop-up kitchens
We're Looking For:
• Solid kitchen experience at Head Chef, Sous Chef, or CDP level
• A valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum)
• DBS certificate is a plus, especially for education and healthcare shifts
• Own transport is useful but not essential
• A great attitude, adaptability, and a real passion for food
