Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a new warehouse development project in Sutton Coldfield. This is a part-time contract position requiring 2 days per week on site, ideal for a seasoned professional looking to take on a short-term assignment.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and report on progress of electrical works

Ensure the project stays within budget

Liaise with site teams and contractors to resolve any technical or logistical issues

Attend progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Requirements:

Proven experience managing electrical packages on commercial or industrial construction sites

Strong understanding of project budgeting and reporting
*
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multiple teams

SMSTS or similar qualification is desirable
