Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking an experienced Freelance Finishing Foreman for an upcoming construction project in Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee finishing trades on a high-quality development.
About the Role:
As a Freelance Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for managing all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards, within schedule, and in compliance with health & safety regulations. You will coordinate trades, oversee quality, and liaise with the site team to keep the project running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating subcontractors
* Ensuring quality standards are met and work is completed on time
* Managing health & safety protocols on site
* Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
* Reporting progress to the project management team
* Resolving any issues that arise
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on construction sites
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and efficiently manage trades
* Excellent communication skills
