Job Description
Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Glasgow (Site-Based)
We are currently recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support a major fit-out project in Glasgow.
This is a site-based role working under an NEC contract, with responsibility for commercial management, change control, subcontractor management, valuations, and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on fit-out and/or refurbishment projects
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
* Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with project teams on site
* Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week on site in Glasgow
Contract Details:
* Freelance contract
* Immediate start available
