Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Regional Civils Contractor
Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a regional civils contractor based in Swindon.
The company have been established for over 15 years and typically deliver civils projects across water, roads and energy sectors up to £5m in value.
Due to a busy order book they are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and take commercial responsibility for 2-3 projects as a time.
Suitable candidates will have previous experience in the financial management of civils projects under NEC contracts.
The role is mostly office based with some site visits – usually withing a 50 mile radius of Swindon. The company are also open to some hybrid working.
