The Role
As a Freelance Consultant Surveyor, you’ll carry out RICS Level 2 Home Buyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys using our smart tech, templates, and support systems. You’ll enjoy full autonomy while benefiting from:

What You’ll Need

RICS, CABE, RPSA membership or at least 1 year of proven experience

Your own equipment (vehicle, ladder, protimeter, etc.)

Public liability and personal accident insurance (We provide PI Insurance)

A commitment to professional standards and client care

Commitment to at least 3 days per week
