Job Description
My client, a residential developer has a flagship scheme underway in South London, the refurbishment of an existing building into 110 units.
They're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join on a freelance basis with a particular emphasis on procurement.
Details of the role are as follows:
Location: South London
Scheme: Refurbishment of existing building into 110 units (Phase 1)
Duration: 3-4 months initially
Rate: £400-£450 per day (outside IR35)
Start: As soon as possible
Scope: Potential for further phases, with the option of temp-to-perm for the right personThis is a high-profile development, and the developer needs someone with strong procurement experience on refurbishment projects. 3-5 years of experience as a Senior QS is expected.
