Freelance Site Agent – Civil Engineering
Location: Liverpool
Employment Type: Contract
Rate: £350 – £400 per day (Outside IR35 or CIS)
Contract Length: 12 Weeks
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Sector: Civil Engineering – RC Pile Caps & Groundworks
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Agent to join a leading Civil Engineering Subcontractor on a live project based in Liverpool.
This is a 12-week contract opportunity offering competitive day rates, with work outside IR35 or on a CIS basis.
The Project Includes:
* RC Pile Caps & Ground Beams
* Deep Drainage & General Groundworks
* Utility Diversions
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day site management and supervision of subcontractors and labour
* Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained
* Coordinating with the client and main contractor site teams
* Overseeing quality control and documentation
* Reporting on progress, managing short-term programming, and ensuring the works run to schedule
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Agent (or Senior Engineer stepping up) on civils packages
* Background with subcontractors or civils contractors delivering similar RC and groundwork scopes
* Strong knowledge of temporary works, concrete works, and utility coordination
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
* Strong communication and site leadership skillsBefore You Apply
