Freelance Site Engineer
A skilled Site Engineer is required on a freelance basis to join a specialist Civil Engineering contractor for an exciting new build project located within the Greater Manchester area.
The project involves specialized drainage and pipework, offering an opportunity to work on an interesting and challenging site. With the potential to move to differnet sites within the Greater Manchester area, once this project is complete.
Position: Site Engineer
Duration: Approximately 26 weeks
Engagement Type: Outside IR35 or CIS
Start Date: Early September
Responsibilities:

Setting out on-site
*
Conducting site surveys
*
Maintaining detailed records and quality assurance (QA)
*
Proficient use of AutoCAD to produce as-built surveys
*
Interpreting technical drawings
*
Adhering to RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
Additional Benefits:

£50 per day for kit on top of the salary
Requirements:

BEng in Civil Engineering or equivalent
*
Laptop with AutoCAD software capability
*
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role
*
Valid CSCS card
