Job Description
Site Manager – Internal & External Fabric Repairs (12-Week Contract)
📍 Location: Falkirk
📅 Start Date: 14/7/25
⏳ Duration: 12 Weeks
🕐 Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead a 12-week contract in Falkirk, overseeing a programme of internal and external fabric repair works.
Role Overview:

Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure safe delivery of all repair works
*
Oversee both internal and external trades and subcontractors
*
Maintain high standards of site safety, quality, and programme adherence
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers as required
*
Ensure smooth coordination of materials, access, and site logistics
Requirements:
*
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
*
First Aid at Work certification
*
Experience in managing fabric repair or maintenance projects (both internal and external)
*
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
*
Ability to work independently and drive project progress
