Job Opportunity: Site Manager (10-Week Contract – Refurbishment Project)
📍 Location: St Andrews
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
💰 Contract Value: Under £1 million
📅 Duration: 10 weeks from 21st July
💼 Engagement Options: Ltd Company, CIS, or PAYE
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in St Andrews. This is a 10-week contract, ideal for a hands-on professional who can ensure smooth site operations and deliver the project to a high standard, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of site activities

Coordinating trades and subcontractors
*
Ensuring health & safety compliance
*
Liaising with clients, surveyors, and office teams
*
Monitoring progress and reporting on timelines and costs
Requirements:

SMSTS certification (essential)
*
First Aid qualification (essential)
*
Previous experience managing refurbishment projects
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Ability to hit the ground running and take full ownership of the site
