Job Description
We have a month-long requirement for a temporary site manager to assist the Senior Site Manager on a residential development on the outskirts of Swindon commencing mid-October. The company is a prominent UK social enterprise that oversees a quarter of a million residences across the UK, creating significant positive community impact.
Working on a phase of 80 newbuild homes, your duties will include:
Assisting the site manager in coordinating trades, labour and materials to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets quality standards.
Helping to implement and enforce health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation and making sure work is carried out according to risk assessments and method statements.
Supporting the management of project budgets and preparing work schedules to meet deadlines and financial targets.
Working with the site manager to control and coordinate subcontractors, providing information and handling any issues that arise.
Ensuring the delivered product meets the company's high standards and maintains a pride in presentation.
Liaising with customers and the sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
Being prepared to take on the responsibilities of the site manager when required.
