Freelance Site Manager – 8 Week Contract
Location: Ayr
Start Date: 27th October 2025
Duration: Approx. 8 weeks
Project: Refurbishment of Car Showroom
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a car showroom in Ayr. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site management, ensuring works are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site operatives
*
Overseeing health & safety compliance and site inductions
*
Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to the project team
*
Maintaining quality standards throughout the project
*
Acting as the main point of contact on site
Requirements:
*
Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
*
Current First Aid certificate
*
Strong track record of managing refurbishment projects
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
