Job Description

Site Supervisor Required – Inverness

We are seeking an experienced Site supervisor to support the Site Manager on a Commercial Refurbishment project in Inverness, ensuring a smooth completion and successful handover.

📅 Start Date: June
⏳ Duration: 6 months
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week

💸 Salary: Competitive

Requirements:

  * Valid SMSTS certification

  * Valid First Aid qualification

  * Valid CSCS Card

  * Proven experience managing construction projects through to completion and handover

  * Strong leadership and organisational skills

  * (Joiner to trade avantageous but not essential)

Responsibilities:

  * Oversee day-to-day site operations

  * Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme

  * Maintain health & safety standards on site

  * Ensure quality control and snagging works are carried out efficiently

  * Liaise with the client and project team to achieve a smooth handover
