Job Title : Business Development Manager
What You'll Do ;
Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients in need of expert freight and customs solutions.
Manage and expand an existing portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and strategic growth.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's award-winning culture and commitment to excellence.
Work closely with customers, suppliers, and global partners to deliver innovative, reliable, and cost-effective freight solutions.
Keep the CRM updated and drive proactive client engagement through regular contact and timely follow-ups.
Leverage your technical sales knowledge to influence, negotiate, and secure high-value contracts.

Proven track record in freight forwarding business development (Road, Sea, or Air).
Strong account management skills with the ability to grow and retain clients.
