Multimodal Freight Coordinator - Aberdeenshire
Salary: Up to £38,000 (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multimodal Freight Coordinator to join a well-established and growing logistics operation based in Inverurie. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage end-to-end freight processes across multiple transport modes.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage international imports/exports via air, sea, and/or road freight
Handle end-to-end shipment processes, from booking through to final delivery
Complete customs entries independently, ensuring full compliance with UK regulations
Liaise with freight partners, agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations
Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all import activities
Ensure compliance with HMRC and all relevant import/export legislation
Requirements
Proven experience in a multimodal import/export or freight forwarding role
Strong knowledge of UK customs procedures with the ability to complete your own entries
Experience using customs systems (e.g., CDS or similar)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
