Branch Manager - Southampton | Global Freight Forwarder
Location: Southampton
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (Negotiable) + Bonus Scheme
Company Car or Car Allowance + Fuel Card
Phone & Laptop | Private Health | Death in Service Policy
Hours: Monday-Friday | 9am-5pm
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a global freight forwarder that's looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead its Southampton office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced freight forwarding BDM ready to take the next step into branch leadership, an established Branch Manager looking for a new challenge, or a strong Supervisor who's ready to step up into a senior position.
What They're Looking For:
Solid experience within freight forwarding (import/export, multi-modal ideally)
Strong business development background and a track record of winning new clients
Commercial acumen and the ability to lead both sales and operational activities
A hands-on leadership style with a passion for team development and branch growth
Someone comfortable working in a small but growing branch with exciting plans ahead
The successful candidate will be expected to drive both sales and day-to-day operations. While the company plans to hire a dedicated BDM in the near future, you'll initially be the main commercial lead for the branch - playing a key part in laying the groundwork for its continued expansion.
Package & Benefits Include:
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
