Tradewind Recruitment is working with a range of secondary schools across Wellingborough to recruit dedicated MFL Teachers who can bring French and Spanish to life in the classroom. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ambitious ECT, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is more than just grammar and vocab-it's about opening students' minds to new cultures, perspectives, and opportunities around the world.
What you'll be doing:
Teaching French and Spanish at KS3 and KS4
Planning engaging, culturally rich lessons that promote communication and confidence
Inspiring a love of languages through interactive activities and creative delivery
Creating an inclusive learning environment where every student can succeed
This could be for you if:
You hold QTS (or equivalent) and have experience teaching French and Spanish
You're passionate about global culture, communication, and language learning
You bring energy, creativity, and flexibility to your teaching
You can build strong relationships with students and adapt to different learning styles
