Lead Practitioner of MFL
Location: Hillingdon
A rare opportunity exists for an inspirational Lead Practitioner of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) to join a progressive secondary school in Hillingdon. This key leadership role involves championing excellence in language education, mentoring staff, and enhancing teaching and learning across all foreign languages offered. The successful candidate will be a catalyst for innovation and student achievement in linguistic proficiency.
The Role
The Lead Practitioner of MFL will:
* Drive curriculum development and foster innovative teaching approaches within the MFL department.
* Provide expert guidance, training, and coaching to MFL teachers at all career stages.
