Job Description
Do you take pride in delivering fast, high-quality repairs? We're looking for an experienced and reliable FRO Carpenter to join our responsive maintenance team.
As a First Response Operative, you’ll be the face of the company—handling a variety of carpentry repairs in occupied and void properties, with a professional, customer-focused approach.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Attend call-outs and carry out first-time fixes for carpentry-related issues
*
Perform responsive repairs and maintenance in residential or commercial properties
*
Assess and report any additional works required
*
Ensure all work meets health & safety standards and company quality expectations
*
Provide excellent service to tenants and clients on-site
What we're looking for:
*
Proven experience as a carpenter or multi-trade operative (FRO experience desirable)
*
Strong background in reactive maintenance
*
Confident with basic plumbing, lock repairs, and other minor trades (a bonus)
*
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
*
DBS required
*
Full UK driving licence (essential)
*
CSCS card
