We are working with a fantastic charity who have support centres across the country and are keen to appoint a Receptionist on a Temp to Perm basis. Working 9-5 in this fully office based role, acting as the first point of contact for all customer and client enquiries, the successful candidate will have a polite and professional manner with a welcoming approach. Duties are varied but key duties will include;
Meeting and greeting of all clients
Dealing with all enquiries, face to face and over the phone and email
Manage all enquiries, offering support and advice
Manage room bookings
Deal with all Health & Safety issues on site
Acting as the point of contact for all facilities issues on site; liaising with contractors and resolving all issues
Ad hoc administration support
This is a fantastic opportunity which is to begin urgently and will hopefully go permanent in the near future,; the successful candidate will be available immediately and be able to commit on a temporary basis. You will have a stable career history with a proven reception and front of house background;
Be available immediately
Have a minimum of 2 years reception and administration skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
