Front of House Assistant | Hampshire | £27,300 + Service Charge (~£7,800)
A beautifully restored country hotel set within 400 acres of farmland in Hampshire, just outside of London, is currently seeking a Waiter to join the front-of-house team in its distinctive open-fire restaurant.
The venue's Restaurant celebrates simplicity, seasonality, and a true sense of place. Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch & dinner, it offers an intimate and immersive dining experience where all dishes are prepared following the seasons and using the best possible ingredients available from the hotels grounds.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thoughtful and passionate team delivering exceptional guest service in a unique culinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests
Support senior front-of-house and kitchen teams in ensuring smooth service
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant at all times
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and a strong customer service mindset
Show flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
Bring previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a premium or fine dining setting
Salary & Benefits:
Base salary: £27,300 per annum
Service charge (Tronc): Approx. £7,800+ annually (based on full-time hours)
