What You'll Do:
Lead and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service
Work confidently behind the bar, serving everything from perfectly poured pints to premium spirits
Create and serve a full range of cocktails with flair and precision
Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain our high standards
Handle cash, manage bookings, and coordinate with kitchen staff
Train new team members and support their development
Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our locals coming back
We're seeking a candidate with proven experience in bar work and strong cocktail-making skills, alongside previous supervisory or team leadership experience. The ideal person will possess a confident, professional demeanour with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure during busy periods.
