Near Burford, Cotswolds
* £28,000 to £32,000 per year
* 20 to 48 hours per week (depending on availability)
* Full-time or Part-time position
A high-end Cotswold venue is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded, luxury hospitality business, where you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival through to departure.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests on arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
* Manage reservations and seating efficiently to optimise guest flow.
* Take and process orders accurately, liaising promptly with kitchen and bar teams.
* Respond to guest queries, feedback, or complaints with professionalism and positivity.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all front of house areas, including reception and dining spaces.
* Collaborate effectively with back-of-house teams to deliver seamless service.
* Support in onboarding and training new staff when required, contributing to a strong team culture.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous customer-facing experience preferred but not essential – a strong willingness to learn is key.
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine focus on customer service.
* Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
