Front of House Supervisor
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our team in White City. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the Front of House (FOH) team to ensure smooth daily operations
*
Maintain high standards of service and presentation at all times
*
Handle daily FOH duties, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
*
Place and manage orders for the outlet, ensuring stock levels are maintained
*
Work closely with kitchen and management teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
*
Supervise staff performance and provide on-the-job training where needed
About You:
*
Previous experience as a Front of House supervisor
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
A proactive, hands-on approach and a positive attitude
*
Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
*
Flexible and reliable – willing to support weekend events when required
