Front of House Supervisor position available in a stunnig venue near Truro.
They are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service for their guests while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure high standards of service.
* Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
* Manage reservations and seating efficiently, particularly during busy periods.
* Train new team members on service protocols, menu knowledge, and health & safety standards.
* Ensure the dining area is clean, organised, and consistently meets all quality standards.
* Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and accommodate special requests.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence in interacting with both guests and colleagues.
