Job Description

Role Overview: Frontline Technical Support Engineer (Shifts) Location: Hybrid – Swindon, Wiltshire Team: Service Operations Schedule: Shift pattern Salary: £32,500 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance) This role is all about being the first line of defence in IT operations — monitoring systems, managing incidents, and ensuring business-as-usual (BAU) continuity for clients. You’ll be hands-on with technologies like SQL, Unix, and Java, and play a key part in incident resolution and service optimization.
