Fulfilment Customer Account Administrator Location: Earls Colne, Essex Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Pin Point Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for a Fulfilment Customer Account Administrator on behalf of a rapidly growing fulfilment and eCommerce business based in Earls Colne. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that invests in its people, offers real opportunities for internal progression, and values outstanding customer service. This varied role combines office-based customer account management with hands-on support in the fulfilment process, including pick and pack duties to assist with smooth warehouse operations. As a Customer Account Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for client communication, delivering exceptional levels of customer care and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints. Fulfilment Customer Account Administrator Job Role: * Assist with onboarding new clients, working closely with the management team. * Upload and manage stock and order data using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). * Handle daily system error processing and provide software templates to clients. * Maintain client relationships and ensure expectations are managed and met. * Support new campaign implementation and successful delivery. * Assist with carrier and courier updates, manage claims, and escalate issues when needed. * Perform general admin duties including answering calls/emails and welcoming site visitors. * Pick and pack orders to support fulfilment operations during peak periods. Fulfilment Customer Account Administrator Skills Required: * Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role. * Previous experience in eCommerce or fulfilment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise. * Comfortable using Microsoft Word and email. * Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle due to site location.
