Export Full Loads Operator
Location: Stallingborough
Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

If you're an experienced export/import professional looking for a fresh challenge in a fast-paced, supportive environment-this could be the perfect move for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering top-tier customer service across export operations
Managing full load exports from the UK & Ireland
Coordinating with transport planners and shipping lines
Handling Export Transit Documentation via Descartes
Booking and planning shipments using internal systems
Supporting Irish Imports transiting via the UK
Participating in an on-call rota (1 week in 5)What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years' experiencein Exports, Imports, Groupage or FTL
A customer-first mindsetwith a passion for delivering excellence
Strong attention to detailand organisational skills
Confident decision-maker who thrives under pressure
Excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner
IT literate and comfortable using logistics software
Willingness to work on-call (weekday evenings + Saturday mornings, with Monday afternoon off in return)Why Join?
