We are seeking enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistants to join a number of Cardiff primary schools from January. These long-term positions are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and contributing to a positive classroom environment. About the Role
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who can bring energy, reliability, and proven classroom experience. You should feel confident working across different year groups and providing high-quality support to both teachers and pupils.
Essential Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience working as a Teaching Assistant
Confident supporting pupils in whole-class, small-group, or one-to-one settings
Able to commit to full-time hours, Monday to Friday, for long-term placements
Desirable Qualifications
STAL (Supporting Teaching & Learning) qualification
ELSA or Thrive training
HLTA status

Pay Rate
