Full Stack Developer (.NET / Azure / React)
Location: Stockport Hybrid (UK-based)

The Opportunity
My client is an ambitious, fast-growing organisation in the home services sector, currently undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. They are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong Microsoft and Azure experience to help modernise and integrate legacy systems with cloud-native, scalable applications.
This is a hands-on role with involvement across the full software development lifecycle. You'll work in a hybrid environment with a tech-driven team, building secure, event-driven services and intuitive web interfaces.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain full-stack solutions using .NET Core, C#, and React/Angular/Blazor
Build and optimise REST APIs, background services, and Azure Functions
Architect modular and testable code following DDD or clean code principles
Implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, including testing and release automation
Work with Azure services like App Services, API Management, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and more
Optimise database performance across Azure SQL / SQL Server
Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and DevOps tooling (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform - nice to have)Core Tech Stack
.NET Core / ASP.NET Core / C#
React / Angular / Blazor
Azure Functions / App Services / Storage / Service Bus / Key Vault
SQL Server / EF Core / T-SQL
Azure DevOps (YAML Pipelines)

A strong understanding of cloud-first, event-driven architectures
The ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable code
Experience in optimising performance (lazy loading, reducing unused JS, smart rendering with useMemo/useCallback)
Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and security
Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with product/design stakeholdersNice to Have
Experience with modernising legacy systems
Microsoft Azure Developer Certification
