Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) – Essex
Are you a passionate and motivated Fully Qualified Teacher looking to kickstart your career in a supportive and dynamic school environment? We’re looking for enthusiastic educators to join schools across Essex, helping students thrive and grow.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across your subject area.
Plan and prepare lessons in line with school curriculum and policies.
Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
Assess, monitor, and track student progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and support whole-school initiatives.
Participate in staff meetings, CPD sessions, and school events.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a busy school environment.
Enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine passion for teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
