Our client is a dynamic technology services company, collaborating with the UK & Ireland General Insurance industry to enhance online trading and drive growth. Position: Business Coordinator & Personal Assistant Location: Farringdon and Gerard's Cross, Buckinghamshire Contract Type: Permanent, Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) The 4 days office based will be a mixture of London based and local in Gerard's Cross and as such they are looking for a candidate who drives and has access to a car and is within a commutable distance to Gerard's Cross. Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Key Responsibilities: Managing the CEO's Institutional Relationships Oversee and strengthen relationships with the client's key institutional partners, including corporate clients, government entities, and industry stakeholders. Ensure regular engagement and follow-up with strategic partners to drive long-term collaboration. Prepare briefing materials and reports for the CEO's key external meetings.Supporting Corporate Development & New Business Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. Conduct market research and prepare business cases for growth opportunities. Support the CEO in commercial discussions and negotiations.Managing Relationships with Key Stakeholders Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board, investors, and other key stakeholders. Coordinate and prepare Board materials, investor updates, and executive reports. Manage communication between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities.Managing the CEO's Public Profile Oversee the CEO's external engagements, including speaking opportunities, media appearances, and industry events. Draft speeches, presentations, and thought leadership content. Ensure consistency in messaging across public and private engagements.Managing the CEO's Schedule & Executive Operations Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring optimal prioritisation of meetings and travel. Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda setting, minutes, and follow-ups. Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.Key Requirements: Must live within a 30-minute drive from Gerard's Cross. Professional services background in consulting, investment banking, or private equity. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Strong organisational and project management skills. Business acumen with a keen understanding of corporate strategy. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters discreetly.Why Join Us?
