Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Functional Skills Tutor to deliver high-quality teaching in English, Maths, and ICT (up to Level 2) to a diverse range of learners. You will support learners in developing essential skills, achieving qualifications, and progressing into further education or employment. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Functional Skills lessons. Provide both group and one-to-one learner support. Conduct initial assessments and track learner progress. Adapt teaching to meet different learning styles and needs. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievement.Requirements: Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or Level 3 AET). Functional Skills qualification or subject-related degree. Experience delivering Functional Skills or similar courses. Good understanding of assessment and quality processes
