They’re looking for someone who’s had success with disengaged learners, and who brings a Level 4+ teaching qualification such as a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (CET), Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (DET), DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd or equivalent.
It’s a fulfilling, well-supported role in a setting that really walks the talk when it comes to supporting their staff.
