Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Deliver Functional Skills courses in English, Maths, and/or ICT to learners of varying levels. Assess learner needs and tailor teaching approaches accordingly. Plan and prepare engaging lessons and materials. Provide feedback and support to help learners achieve their qualifications. Maintain accurate records of learner progress and attendance. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a supportive learning environment. Requirements: Experience teaching Functional Skills or equivalent qualifications. Strong knowledge of Functional Skills curriculum and assessment criteria. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire learners. Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training) preferred. Patience, adaptability, and commitment to learner success.
