Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to support our Fund Settlements team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our settlement processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cash and stock break analysis and resolution.
Review, investigate, and respond to client queries promptly and accurately.
Execute day-to-day settlement duties, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently.
Chase Fund Managers and Transfer Agents for outstanding trades to maintain operational integrity.
Regularly update procedures to reflect current practises and enhance efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail, prioritisation, and effective time management skills.
Experience in handling client interactions via phone and email, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering excellent client service.
Ability to adapt to change and proactively use initiative to solve challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with the capacity to analyse large sets of data to resolve stock and cash positions efficiently.
A basic understanding of funds and securities settlement processes is desirable.
