To join my client who are a thriving investment funds business in the heart of Luxembourg. Due to growth, they are hiring for a Funds Administrative Assistant to join the private equity team to support across payments, invoicing, accounting and general administrative duties

Location: Luxembourg City
Permanent role, salary 40,000- 45,000
Requirements: degree in accounting, finance, or management, Initial experience in an audit firm, accounting, or a financial environment (investment fund, management company, etc.)
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant, specializing in private equity and private debt.
Main Responsibilities
Monthly Closings: - Monitoring payments and invoicing, Sending accounting documents
Mail Management: - Receiving, tracking, and archiving mail, Communication with suppliers, service providers, and supervisory authorities
General Administrative Support: - Supporting the activities of the finance department

Requirements
Education: - 2- or 3-year degree in accounting, finance, or management
Experience: - Initial experience in an audit firm, accounting, or a financial environment (investment fund, management company, etc.)
