We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected and compassionate funeral service provider, seeking a dedicated Funeral Operative to join their professional team.
As a Funeral Operative, you will play a vital role in delivering dignified and professional services to families at their time of need. This role requires a caring and empathetic approach, along with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the collection and care of the deceased
Supporting funeral directors in delivering funeral services
Handling coffins with dignity and professionalism
Liaising with families and colleagues to ensure a seamless service
What We’re Looking For:
A professional and compassionate approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
A full UK driving licence (essential)
This role requires a good level of physical fitness, including tasks such as lifting and manual handling.
Previous experience in the funeral industry is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided
