Job Description
General Operative MUST have a Green or Blue CSCS card
* Basic hourly pay range for a new starter with a CSCS card and relevant experience £12.70 per hour for travelling time / in Factory work which will be furniture assemble, and machine/CNC machine operator, no experience on the machines required as it will be simply feeding the machines not setting them up.
* Uplift for premium rate for working onsite as a fitter / fitter’s assistant/labourer around the UK mainland, current project is in Cheadle Manchester but not exclusive to this area £19.05per hour on site. Depending on the site location sometime overnight accommodation is required and in these instances we pay an overnight allowance expenses £25.00 with all accommodation paid for by us. For the current Cheadle project, the fitting team is commuting on a daily basis from Blackburn so there is a meeting point and lift.
Someone with good DIY or joinery experience would be ideal but not essential. The on-site activity is essentially fitting fitted furniture Cupboards, worktops, display boards etc along with the distribution and placement of loose furniture.
