Furniture Maker
Location: Canterbury, Rural location so own transport required
Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, Full time

We’re working on behalf of a forward-thinking manufacturer that blends traditional craftsmanship with advanced CNC production to create design-led cabinet furniture — all built in-house. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a skilled Furniture Maker to join their high-performing workshop team.
You’ll assemble high-end furniture using CNC-cut components, apply hand-finishing techniques, and work from digital drawings in a calm, organised environment. Collaboration is key — you’ll be part of a supportive, cross-trained team where your craft is valued and developed.
Client requires:
* Proven experience in cabinetmaking, bench joinery, or similar
* Ability to read technical drawings and follow precise instructions
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Comfortable using PCs as part of daily workflow
* Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
* A passion for furniture making
