Teaching Personnel, in partnership with schools across Northamptonshire, is offering a unique opportunity to join our Future Teachers programme – a fully salaried, school-based route into teaching, designed to prepare you for a career in the classroom. What is the Future Teachers Programme? The Future Teachers programme is a two-year salaried opportunity that offers aspiring teachers hands-on experience in schools across the region. You’ll gain real-world classroom experience while receiving tailored training, mentorship, and support – and at the end of the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Programme Highlights: Fully salaried from day one – no tuition fees or student loans Two-year structured training pathway with increasing responsibility Work alongside experienced teachers in supportive school environments Access to expert CPD and one-to-one mentoring Route to QTS and a long-term teaching career Who is this for? We welcome applications from: Recent graduates (any subject) with a passion for education Career changers looking for a rewarding profession Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. TAs, coaches, mentors) Locations: Opportunities available across  secondary schools throughout Northamptonshire, including Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Daventry and surrounding areas. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
