We’re recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in thriving secondary schools across Newport and Cwmbran. These roles are tailored for graduates who aspire to become teachers and want to develop real classroom skills while earning a competitive daily rate.
Two Routes – Choose Your Level of Responsibility
Classroom Support – £90–£100 per day
Support teachers with small group and 1:1 interventions, help pupils engage with lessons, and promote positive behaviour.
Classroom Lead / Cover Supervisor – £110–£130 per day
Step up and take the lead in the classroom when teachers are absent. Deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage behaviour, and keep learning on track – an excellent way to gain real teaching experience.
