What We’re Looking For
* Ambition, energy, and relentless self-motivation
* Confidence on the phone and strong communication skills
* Comfortable working towards — and exceeding — targets
* A genuine interest in financial markets (a bonus if you already know the basics)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Sales experience in any industry is a plus — but not essential.
What You’ll Do
* Build and manage client relationships from day one
* Research and generate new business opportunities through lead sourcing, networking, and cold calling
* Stay sharp on FX market trends and global financial news
* Attend meetings and networking events to grow your profile
* Smash through KPIs and sales targets
* Keep everything on track in our CRM system
* Work closely with a supportive, ambitious team that wants you to win
