Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting young people in Secondary and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) schools across Sunderland, South Tyneside, Gateshead, and Durham?
Milk Education works closely with a range of schools to help graduates and experienced staff step into meaningful teaching and support roles that make a real difference.
We offer a range of flexible opportunities to suit your availability and career goals:
Day-to-day placements – Build confidence and experience while showcasing your skills before committing to long-term roles.
Sickness cover – Provide valuable support to schools during staff absences, whether short- or long-term.
Longer-term and temp-to-perm vacancies – Secure consistent placements that could lead to permanent positions within schools.
You’ll gain first-hand experience working with students who may have additional social, emotional, or behavioural needs, developing key skills for careers in education, psychology, or youth support.
