Salary: £40,000 + Company Van + Full Benefits Package
About the Role
We’re seeking a Ganger / Foreman to lead a utility works team across electric and comms infrastructure, with a strong focus on ductwork installation and coordination. Based out of Heston, you’ll oversee a team delivering high-quality civils packages around the M25 corridor, ensuring safety, compliance, and productivity across multiple sites.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the technical and logistical demands of utility ducting
Responsibilities for Ganger / Foreman
Lead civil works for electric and comms utilities, including trenching, duct installation, reinstatement, and site setup
Manage site team, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to spec
Conduct daily site briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure SSSTS protocols are followed
Liaise with project managers, clients, and local authorities to maintain smooth operations
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance
Maintain accurate site records, including permits, inspections, and progress reports
Support material ordering, delivery scheduling, and site logisticsRequirements for Ganger / Foreman
Proven experience supervising ductwork installations for utilities (electric and comms)
Valid SSSTS certification
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong understanding of civils processes, reinstatement, and utility regulations
Ability to lead teams, resolve site issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
