Groundworks Supervisor – Lichfield 👷
📍 Location: Lichfield
📅 Start Date: 6th October
⏳ Duration: 6 Months
💷 Pay Rate: £23-£24 per hour (CIS / UMB) | PAYE options available
We’re looking for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to lead a gang of 3 operatives on a new civils project in Lichfield. This is a long-term role overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Role Duties:

Supervising and coordinating a gang of 3 groundworkers
*
Overseeing drainage, kerbing, footings, and general civils tasks
*
Liaising with site management to ensure smooth progress of works
*
Carrying out toolbox talks and ensuring H&S compliance
*
Working hands-on when required to support the team

Requirements:

Valid SSSTS
*
Valid CSCS card
*
Strong groundworks / civils background
*
Previous experience supervising small gangs
*
Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
