Job Description
3 GANGERS REQUIRED – MILTON KEYNES (MK3 5JH, BLETCHLEY)
4Site Recruitment is looking for 3 experienced Gangers to run teams of approximately 5 labourers each on a strip-out project in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
Job Details:
Location: MK3 5JH, Bletchley
Rate: £20.00 per hour CIS
Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Paid: 8.5 hours per day
Duration: 2–3 weeks initially, with potential for further work

Timesheets managed by us
Duties will include:
Supervising and coordinating teams of approximately 5 labourers
Organising daily strip-out and light demolition activities
Ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
Delegating tasks and monitoring progress
Assisting with strip-out and demolition works when required
Maintaining good communication with site management
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card
SSSTS – mandatory
CCDO Card – mandatory
Asbestos Awareness
Face Fit certification
Previous experience supervising labourers on strip-out or demolition projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Training:
Free Asbestos Awareness and Face Fit training can be provided if requiredBefore You Apply
