Job Description
Are you an experienced horticultural professional with a passion for maintaining luxury gardens? Our client, a prestigious landscape management company, is seeking a talented Garden Maintenance Foreman to oversee high-end residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of gardeners on-site
Ensure the highest standards of garden maintenance and presentation
Liaise with clients to understand and deliver their requirements
Manage schedules, materials, and site safety
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Minimum 5 years experience in garden maintenance, preferably within high-end or luxury residential environments
Relevant horticultural qualifications (e.g., RHS Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Horticulture, or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent plant knowledge and practical gardening skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work on a self-employed basis
